- We require one half of the project cost as a deposit before beginning work, the other half of project cost is due on launch of website.
- The client has rights to all website code and content after final payment, this includes any custom code and graphics that I may create for the project.
- Edits to content are free for two week after launch of website, this does not include layout changes.
- I bill hourly for updates to content after launch of website, one hour minimum, billed by the quarter hour after first hour of work.
- I code to standards using best practices, you can hire another developer to update website if you prefer.
- I have permission to show and link to your website from my websites portfolio pages.
- For website design and redesign projects, unless agreed to otherwise, I have permission to place a discreet credits link to ScreenTrend from the footer area of each page of your website. This does not apply to SEO and maintenance projects.
- One month after launch of website I will assess SEO efforts and tweak content headlines, page titles and page description meta tags as necessary to improve site performance.
